Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on every Hey Smile order, with no minimum order value. Free shipping applies to prepaid orders and eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

We offer free COD with no handling fee. Cash on Delivery is available only for PIN codes supported by checkout and our courier partners. We may verify a COD order before dispatch and may cancel an order that cannot be verified.

Orders normally process and dispatch within 1–3 business days. Processing can take longer during sales, holidays, promotions or periods of unusually high order volume.

Most orders arrive within an estimated 5–7 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates can vary because of your location, courier operations, weather, public holidays or events outside Hey Smile’s reasonable control.

Tracking information becomes available after dispatch. Courier partners may contact you before delivery, particularly for COD orders. Repeatedly unanswered delivery attempts can cause a parcel to be returned to us.
